Choco Crinkles

Ingredients:
4 bars RICOA cocoa squares
1/4 bar margarine
2 cups white or brown sugar
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsps baking powder
1 tsp saltpowdered sugar


Directions:
Melt Ricoa cocoa squares in a saucepan. Add margarine, sugar and eggs. Set aside.Mix the flour, baking powder and salt.Combine Ricoa and flour mixtures and refrigerate for 1 hour. Form into balls, roll into powdered sugar then bake for 15 to 18 minutes.

Hi! I searched for "Ricoa baking squares" on google and your blog was number one on the results. :-) I searched for that because I just bought a box earlier this afternoon but I never tasted it. I always use Bensdorp but I love trying new things! Just dropped my entrecard!
