Ingredients:
1 kilo pork cubes, slightly cooked in boiling water with salt (Set aside 2 cups of broth)
8 pieces pre-fried tofu, cut into cubes
1 large onion, minced
1 cup oyster sauce
3 Tbsps soy sauce
1/2 cup tausi (black beans)
1/4 cup kinchay, minced
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsps Ajinomoto Ginisa Flavor Mix (optional)
2 Tbsps cooking oil
Directions:
1. Heat cooking oil in deep frying pan. Add onion and pork. Add Ajinomoto Ginisa Flavor Mix. Allow the pork to cook in oil for about 5-10 minutes.
2. Add tofu, tausi, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper and pork broth. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add kinchay then simmer for another 3 minutes.
