Owning a Restaurant

Today, I am 27 years old and I could say that I have received tremendous amount of blessings in the past twenty six years of my life. I had the time to reflect and think of all the people and things that God has blessed me with as well as the plans I have for the future. I was able to make a list of twenty seven random things about myself on my other blog and number five on the list is about my dream of having my own restaurant someday. I was eleven years old when I discovered my ability to cook. I made a popcorn cake for my friends and even if it was my first time to cook, I received positive comments from them and those comments got me motivated from then on. I feel that I’ll never lose my zeal for cooking.

Even if I am taking up Nursing, I would still want to pursue my dream of having my own restaurant. I often think of putting up a restaurant that would show my personality. I would want the restaurant theme to be as unique as possible. Great food and ambience are my first priority. I want to have fashionable restaurant furniture which will perfectly suit my taste. Restaurant chairs, bar stools, tables should match and complement one another. I feel that hanging a light fixture over every table would be a lovely idea.
